Our services
With over 30 years of combined industry experience, we understand the demands of touring and the importance of getting every detail right. From flights and accommodation to ground transport, riders, itineraries and on-the-day support, we take care of the logistics behind the show so you can focus on what you do best.
You will receive a full itinerary no later than 24 hours before the show, or earlier wherever possible. This will include all event, travel and accommodation details, alongside any additional information you may require. Specific information can also be requested in advance where needed.
For landed deals where flights are not included, we will provide flight options at the earliest convenience, allowing you to select the option that best suits your schedule and preferences.
Where flights are included in the deal, we will arrange and book them efficiently and in good time, taking into account your preferred airlines, timings, baggage requirements and any additional add-ons.
All accommodation options will be approved by you prior to booking. We will ensure that hotels meet your requirements and preferences wherever possible.
Where accommodation is not included in the deal, we will provide a selection of suitable options in good time, based on your preferences and requirements.
You will receive full details of all ground transportation arrangements, including collection points, timings, driver contact details and any specific requirements, ensuring everything is clear and organised ahead of your show.
Technical and hospitality riders will be sent to the promoter or venue and approved well in advance of the show. We will carefully review the requirements and ensure that any outstanding or incomplete items are identified and communicated to you as early as possible.
For artists based outside the UK, we will provide a signed PPE letter as part of our service, supporting your entry into the UK for your performance and helping to minimise the risk of issues at the border.
For artists requiring additional immigration support, particularly those travelling from outside Europe, we can also assist with the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) process for an additional £150 + VAT, where applicable.
For UK shows, we can provide a professional driver or tour manager for an additional fee. Our drivers are experienced, reliable and safety-conscious, ensuring you can travel comfortably and efficiently throughout your booking.
We provide on-call support throughout your booking, from the initial advance through to the show day itself. Whether you have a question, an issue arises or plans change at short notice, our team will be available to provide support and find a solution whenever you need us.
PRICING
All of the above services are included for £70 / €80 / $90 per show,
with no hidden costs.
For tours or multiple shows booked in advance, we can offer a discounted rate tailored to the number of shows and requirements.
