What's included
Onit Touring is the DJ tour advancing and logistics service from Onit Bookings. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, we handle everything behind the show, from the first advance to the moment you walk off stage, for one flat per-show price.
Event, travel and hotel details in one place, no later than 24 hours before the show and earlier wherever possible. Need something specific? Just ask in advance.
Landed deal? You get flight options early, so you can choose what works best. Promoter paying? We book well in advance with your preferred airline, timings, baggage and extras.
Every hotel is approved by you before it's booked. If accommodation isn't in the deal, you get a shortlist in good time that fits your preferences and requirements.
Collection points, timings and driver contact details confirmed and shared before you travel, so everything is clear and organised ahead of your show.
Tech and hospitality riders are sent to the promoter and approved well ahead, with any gaps flagged immediately. Meals on your rider are covered: with the team, as room credit or a cash buyout.
Artists based outside the UK get a signed Permitted Paid Engagement (PPE) letter to help clear the border without issues. Need a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), usually when travelling from outside Europe? We handle it for £150 + VAT.
Add-on for UK shows: experienced, reliable and safety-conscious drivers and tour managers, quoted per booking.
On call 24/7 from the first advance to show day. Questions, problems or last-minute changes go straight to a person.

Send us the booking. The deal, the date and your travel preferences. That's all we need from you.
We advance the show. Flights, hotel, transport and riders confirmed with the promoter, with anything missing flagged straight away.
You turn up and play. Full itinerary in hand at least 24 hours out, and us on call until you're home.

For tours or multiple shows booked in advance, we can offer a discounted rate tailored to the number of shows and requirements.
Optional extras: Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) support for £150 + VAT. Drivers or tour managers for UK shows and live shows are quoted per booking.

What is Onit Touring? Onit Touring is the tour advancing and logistics service from Onit Bookings. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, the team handles flights, hotels, ground transport, riders, itineraries and UK entry paperwork for touring DJs and artists.
What is advancing? Advancing means confirming every detail of a show before you travel: flights, hotel, transport, riders, timings and contacts. Nothing is left to sort out on the day.
When will I get my itinerary? No later than 24 hours before the show, and earlier wherever possible. If you need specific information sooner, just ask.
What if my flights come out of my fee? On landed deals we send flight options as early as possible so you can pick the one that works best for you.
Can you help with UK entry for non-UK artists? Yes. A signed PPE letter is included. If you need a Certificate of Sponsorship, usually when travelling from outside Europe, we can handle it for £150 + VAT.
Do you offer rates for tours? Yes. For tours or multiple shows booked in advance we offer a discounted rate based on the number of shows and what you need. Live shows are quoted separately.

What is a PPE letter? A Permitted Paid Engagement (PPE) letter is a formal invitation from a UK organisation that supports an artist from outside the UK entering the country for a paid performance. It is included in the per-show service.
Do you book hotels for DJs? Yes. Every hotel option is approved by you before it is booked. If accommodation isn't part of the deal, we send a shortlist in good time that fits your preferences.
Do you arrange ground transport and drivers? Yes. Collection points, timings and driver contact details are confirmed before you travel. For UK shows we can also provide a professional driver or tour manager for an additional fee.
What happens if plans change at short notice? Our team is on call 24/7 from the first advance to show day, so questions, problems and last-minute changes go straight to a person.
